Elena Rinallo is a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Department of Education Sciences of Roma Tre University, within the EUFORICC project (Establishing Urban FORest based solutions In Changing Cities). She holds a Ph.D. in Social and Environmental Psychology from the Libera Università Maria Santissima Assunta (LUMSA) in Rome, part of which was carried out as a Visiting Ph.D. Student at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, in collaboration with the "Citizens, Environment, and Safety" research group. She holds teaching appointments at the European University of Rome, where she is Contract Lecturer in Community Psychology (Master's Degree Programme in Psychology, LM-51), and serves as Visiting Research Fellow at the Experimental and Applied Psychology Laboratory (EAPL) of the same institution. She also supervises post-graduate practical training internships (TPV) at LUMSA and the European University of Rome. She is a member of the Italian Association of Psychology (AIP), Social Psychology Section, and of the Italian Reproducibility Network (ITRN). She practices as a licensed clinical psychologist, registered with the Order of Psychologists of Lazio (Section A). She serves as a peer reviewer for international journals including Ecopsychology, Acta Psychologica, Psicologia Sociale, and the Journal of Environmental Psychology. She has participated in and continues to contribute to several national and international research projects, including studies on psychological well-being and contact with nature, intergenerational transmission of values and prejudice, smartphone addiction in adolescents, and applications of virtual reality in environmental psychology. She is the author of several publications in national and international scientific journals and edited volumes.
