Vincenzo Mazzotta (PHD-MBA) is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. He founded Studio Mazzotta about 15 years ago, specializing in financial consultancy and company valuations.
He is a Professor of Corporate Finance and Financial Markets at the Lumsa University of Rome. He teaches Accounting and Finance in various Executive and International Masters courses provided by the Rome Business School.
He also boasts a long experience of teaching in Study Abroad Programs of American Universities.
He graduated in Economics and Business with honors from LUISS (as the first Economics graduate student of the court in 1995) and obtained a Research Doctorate (PhD) in Business Economics and Finance from La Sapienza University.
He obtained a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Buckingham with final distinction and exchange program carried out at SDA Bocconi and a Master in Project Management from Il Sole 24 Ore. He also attended various Executive Courses in Finance at SDA Bocconi.
He was a research fellow at La Sapienza University.
His research activities focus on the following topics: Corporate Finance, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior and Decision Making.
