During a +25 years of career, I’ve acquired extensive experience concerning the way in which the different marketing and communication levers can impact on business KPIs in various industries (Automotive, FMCG, Luxury, Tourism&Travel, Entertainment).
My experience stretches over both local and international markets, in communication agencies and consultancy firms (Publicis, Dentsu Aegis, Accenture, Omnicom) alike.
Development of teams, brands and processes in global companies, steering both established and new business, combining strong analytical skills with solid business understanding to unlock profitable opportunities, are only some of the skills I’ve developed since 1996 at Publicis, working at Milan and London offices of Optimedia, then he joined Dentsu Aegis Network in 2000, contributing to launch Vizeum brand in Italy and he returned to Publicis in 2006, acting as Zenith Deputy General Manager overseeing overall activities of Milan and Rome offices.
In 2008 I’ve been selected for the role of Media Sciences Lead South Europe at Accenture Marketing Science division, becoming Partner of Accenture company, where he held responsibility of all areas of expertise (media auditing and media agency selection, digital marketing optimization, marketing measurement and optimization, retail and sales optimization) across 6 countries.
In the last 14 years at OMD, I firstly served as General Manager of Roma’s branch, being responsible of all clients activities, resources and the development of the agency through organic growth and new business and, in recent years, as Global Client Business Director, coordinating international communication activities carried out by our clients who have HQ in Italy, dealing with strategies and related implementations in more than 40 markets, both managing global campaigns and providing execution at the individual country level.
